District Recruiters and Mayors Receive Gifts from The Capitol

Part of the honor of being selected as a district recruiter or mayor was getting an official uniform, and over the last few days they have been coming in the mail. Here’s some information that I’ve gotten via Twitter: The packages originated from Victorville, CA, they smell of roses like President Snow, and include a t-shirt, pin, official DIP and Capitol Couture card. I’m wondering if other fans will be able to buy District Swag at the Capitol Couture, although one can only hope.
