District Recruiters and Mayors Receive Gifts from The Capitol
Part of the honor of being selected as a district recruiter or mayor was getting an official uniform, and over the last few days they have been coming in the mail. Here’s some information that I’ve gotten via Twitter: The packages originated from Victorville, CA, they smell of roses like President Snow, and include a t-shirt, pin, official DIP and Capitol Couture card. I’m wondering if other fans will be able to buy District Swag at the Capitol Couture, although one can only hope. Free Hunger Games Shirt Design
