New Pic: Katniss With a “12″ on Her Training Shirt
Here’s a new pic from The Hunger Games with Katniss in training attire. With all 24 tributes wearing District numbers, it’ll be a lot easier for newcomers to follow all the characters. Smart move!
New Picture of Cinna and Katniss in ‘Rolling Stone’
Rolling Stone magazine posted an interview today of Lenny Kravitz talking about the Hunger Games movie, which included the new picture below of him as Cinna with Katniss. It looks like it’s the scene right before Katniss enters the arena.

Kravitz took the role after meeting with director Gary Ross (Pleasantville) and reading the first book of the best-selling trilogy by Suzanne Collins. “I thought it was really good storytelling,“ Kravitz says. “I’m very much into stories. The character was interesting. I like Gary’s previous work. And I said, Yeah, let’s go.”

Empire Magazine UK Has Awesome New Pics
UK mag Empire has a spread in the March issue with amazing new images from The Hunger Games.
They include Effie primping with a compact and Haymitch dining with Peeta.
The set design is jaw-dropping. I don’t even know where to look with so much going on in each frame, yet it meshes together perfectly!

The photo, taken by Murray Close, shows Katniss at the District 12 reaping, which we have already seen parts of in the trailer. Katniss looks somewhat stoic in this shot, what do you think she’s thinking about in this moment?

Awesome New Hunger Games Pic: Katniss & Peeta in Front of Chariot Prepping for Fire
This new picture from The Hunger Games reveals something we’ve all been waiting for-the costume Katniss wears before transforming into the Girl on Fire.
District 12 tributes Katniss and Peeta are with Cinna holding a flame in these stunning new costumes. Director Gary Ross says-
“This is one of those moments where Cinna’s character syncs up with the creativity of our costume designer Judianna Makovsky,” says Ross. (Makovsky earned Oscar nominations for her work on Ross’ previous movies Pleasantville and Seabiscuit.) “What Cinna was trying to do was create something that came out of District 12, out of a coal mining world, with a fresh, bold look to it. So Judianna went to this wonderful black reflective material that glistened like coal or graphite and would obviously work well in the Tribute parade where Katniss becomes the Girl on Fire.”
