On next Friday night August 17th, some stores across the US are having Hunger Games Midnight Release Parties! Go to HungerGamesReleaseParty to find a party near you!  Most of the stores participating are Walmart, Toys R Us and FYE!  Type in your zip code and it will bring up all the Hunger Games Release Party near you!
