The Hunger Games Gift Guide!

I was going to a Christmas party, so I decided to make some Hunger Games holiday cookies with my favorite quotes from the books, such as ‘She has no idea. The effect she can have’, and ‘May the odds be ever in your favor’, along with the traditional ‘Happy Holidays’ and ‘Merry Christmas’.
