Three ‘Hunger Games’ Actors Make the List of ’30 Hottest New Hollywood Actors’!

Apparently the fans are not the only ones who think a few of the men from The Hunger Games are gorgeous! Three of The Hunger Games actors made Total Film’s list of 30 Hottest New Hollywood Actors:

#20 Alexander Ludwig

The Actor: Having played the lead role in British fantasy film The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising, Ludwig went on to strengthen his sci-fi credentials by starring opposite The Rock in 2009’s Race To Witch Mountain.

Why So Hot? He’s part of one of 2012’s hottest young casts in the form of The Hunger Games. Ludwig will be playing Cato, a representative of a rival District who will go head to head with Jennifer Lawrence’s heroine Katniss as one of her main rivals.

The Actor: Younger brother to hammer-throwing man of action Chris Hemsworth, Liam cut his dramatic teeth in Aussie soap Neighbours before making a splash in Hollywood through the likes of Knowing and The Last Song.

Why So Hot? He plays Gale Hawthorne in soon-to-be-massive franchise The Hunger Games, the rugged counterpoint to Josh Hutcherson’s babyfaced charmer. Following that, he’ll be taking his place in one of the starriest action casts ever assembled when The Expendables 2 arrives in August 2012. Trust us, he won’t be in big brother’s shadow for long!

The Actor: The fresh-faced star of such family-friendly fantasies as Bridge To Terabithia, Journey To The Centre Of The Earth and Cirque Du Freak, Hutcherson recently scored critical acclaim for his part in Oscar-nommed domestic drama The Kids Are All Right.

Why So Hot? As well as appearing alongside Vanessa Hudgens and The Rock in sequel Journey 2, Hutcherson will play Peeta Mellark in teen action franchise The Hunger Games. His character is an ally of Jennifer Lawrence’s Katniss Everdeen and one third of a love triangle involving Liam Hemsworth’s Gale Hawthorne. It’s like Edward vs. Jacob all over again…

      Gale is way hotter than Peeta and whoever thinks otherwise is wrong. Sorry but it’s true and I stand by my decision that Liam is totally hottttttttt

    I hate it when people compare Twilight and The Hunger Games. The only thing similar between them is the love triangle. Unlike Twilight, The Hunger Games is much more than a love triangle. It’s an all out battle for survival.

      I agree! Sorry Stephanie Meyer, but you got nothin’ on  Suzanne Collins. The hunger games is just an all around better story, without any cheesy lines or plot.

    YAY! Josh Hutcherson is totally number one, but #2 will do…. for now.. once he is seen in the hunger games he will go right to the top of the list

    I think they kinda of picked the right actors for the movie, Josh doesnt look like Peeta to me, Gale isn’t close to the way I pictured him, and Alexander does look like Cato. I thought Alexander Ludwig would get Peeta. And Jennifer Lawrence doesn’t really loom like Katniss or Haymitch. Did anyone picture him with blond hair? They changed so much in the movie that makes me so angry. Effies dress is green not pink at the reaping and if u saw the sneek peak on youtube she has the arrows at the fire. Glimmer dyes after the fire and thats when she gets them. Also theres no Madge in the movie or Plutach in Catching Fire. When are all these changes gonna end. I dont think the movie is going to be good, I’m seeing it anyways, me and a couple of my friends are obsessed. I guess if we all forget uts about the hunger games, which i dont think i can, it might be ok.

    Liam shouldn’t be in the list. I mean, sure, he’s sorta hot, but definitely not in the top 30. And Alexander looks much better in the movie as Cato. OMG I LOVE JOSH HUTCHERSON! <33333333333
