Districts should be more fragmented. They exhibit their control by rail, so are there no other backwaters of people around ? I’m thinking the panem could have more backstory than district 13 that a 17 year old girl from district 12 wouldn’t know about.

this is wrong. the third book clearly says that district 2 was very large.

In the book it describes 12 being the smallest, which its not. Also, I would imagine the capital, and 2 to be larger.

Map is terrible how did Katniss get to the wilds? Through 13? Also how did Bonnie and Twill pass district 12 on the way to 13 if 13 is actually between 8 and 12?
