Victory Tour 2013 Looking for More Registrants

Victory Tour 2013 is sure to be the best book fan event of 2013. Its main focus is The Hunger Games, with a focus on other dystopian books as well. However, in order for this convention to take place, The Gamemakers need your help. The convention will not go on if it does not get 100 more registrations before the end of the year.
