Lionsgate Twitter announced the casting of Portia, Peeta Mellark’s assigned stylist and Octavia, from Katniss Everdeen’s prep team!  Latarsha Rose will play Portia and Brooke Bundy will play Octavia!

Awesome!  What do you think of Portia and Octavia?  I want to know who will play Cinna!!!!!!
