Elizabeth Banks Sharing Insights on Effie

Today Elizabeth Banks posted some photos, on her website, of the elaborately decorated nails she had as Effie Trinket. Banks is also giving away  two sets China Glaze Limited Edition Capitol Colours Collections to fans that show her the best Effie-inspired nails, with full details here.
