Starting March 3rd you’ll have the chance to meet the stars of The Hunger Games at one of eight events across the country!

Each stop will have a question and answer session with cast members, entertainment and giveaways including a custom laser-etched HP Folio notebook computer.

LA – March 3, 2012
Westfield Century City
Talent: Gary Ross, Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth

UPDATE 2/26: Three fans will win the chance to meet the stars on the Westfield Facebook page starting Monday 2/27.  Line-up starts at 8am. First 100 fans get wristbands for autographs. Only first 1000 people allowed in plaza to see Q&A. More info.

Meet the stars of the Hunger Games at the Microsoft Store. Be one of the first 100 people in line on March 10 at 9am to receive a VIP pass to this special event!

‘The Hunger Games’ Schedule of Events:

7am – Fans will be permitted to line up outside the Microsoft store.

9am – Wristbands will be handed out to the first 100 people for private in-store signing and VIP access in the Q&A area (parking lot in front of the Microsoft Store).

10am – Fans will be permitted access to the Q&A area; Q&A is free and open to the public.

2pm – 3:30pm – Private signing at the Microsoft store with the stars of ‘The Hunger Games’. Please contact Microsoft Store for details.

3:30pm – 4pm – Q&A with the stars of ‘The Hunger Games’ moderated by KISS FM.

No overnights are permitted.
Carpooling is encouraged.

      Probably because people like you refer to what could seemingly be misconstrued as derogatory words in your use of acronyms. Hummm.?

      How could anyone who tried out for a movie (with much competition no doubt), got the part and made bunches of cash for others, possibly see reason in being around such people? Your statement placed this way is just poor merchandising for Detroit. Most of the capital generated by any movie goes to faceless names and producers, who are not in the spotlight. Why would anyone subject their hard working paid Star Talent to such people? Could be that (in choosing a city in which to make a promotional appearance) if a representative of a population (Jtropolis of Detroit in this case) represents itself as potentially being verbally hostile, ignorant of proper communication skills and very comfortable utilizing such emotionally profound acronyms in their regular internet speech, the city simply gets no consideration.  If representatives of a location consider your remark as proper language for regular social site conversations, people who’s jobs depend on SUCCESS,  just don’t want to be around the population. Their personal safety just can’t be insured. Sometimes it’s just that one nut in the group that messes things up for everyone. That is why I support our 2nd Amendment rights as well as support your right to freedom of speech (LOL, if that is what you call it.)
